We get stalled Renewable Energy projects moving.
Independent delivery-readiness and bankability support for projects in emerging and developing markets.
Connecting Vision to Viability
At Louma Projects, our mission is to ensure that viable renewable energy projects in emerging and developing markets are not lost to avoidable delays, misaligned stakeholders, or unresolved delivery risk.
Too many projects fail not because they lack technical merit, but because the transition from development to delivery is poorly managed. Commercial uncertainty, unclear risk allocation, and slow decision-making prevent capital from deploying and infrastructure from being built. Our mission is to address this failure point directly.
We exist to operate in the space where projects stall — bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to complex situations. By identifying the real blockers to progress and helping decision-makers resolve them, we support the conversion of feasibility-stage concepts into bankable, buildable assets.
Our work is independent, pragmatic, and delivery-focused without being delivery-responsible. We aim to reduce uncertainty, accelerate informed decision-making, and enable projects to reach construction and operation.
Experience Tailored Advisory

Delivery Readiness & Bankability
We specialise in assessing whether projects that are technically viable are actually capable of reaching financial close and construction.
This includes identifying gaps between development-stage assumptions and lender, EPC, and investor requirements, clarifying risk allocation, and establishing a credible path to delivery. Our focus is on what needs to change for a project to become investable — not on producing additional studies or reports.

Stakeholder Alignment & Decision Support
Many projects stall due to misalignment between sponsors, lenders, EPCs, utilities, regulators and donors.
We support decision-makers by bringing clarity to complex stakeholder environments, surfacing unresolved issues, and helping the right parties engage at the right time. Our role is to improve decision velocity and accountability, enabling projects to move forward without taking on operational responsibility.

Commercial & Interface Risk Resolution
Renewable energy projects in developing markets often fail at the interfaces — between PPA and grid, between EPC and lenders, or between sponsors and government.
We focus on resolving these interface risks by identifying where commercial, contractual or institutional responsibilities are unclear or misallocated, and by supporting practical solutions that allow negotiations to conclude and conditions to be met.
